PART-TIME RUNWAY & FIT MODELS

August S. Productions, Inc. is seeking dependable female models for runway presentations, garment fittings, photography, short promotional videos, and occasional showroom or brand events.

We are developing several apparel and media brands, including Tim Dig, Pacific Mythic, Sails Hawaii, Apparel Media Pictures, and Americas With The World.

MODEL SIZES NEEDED

Our primary need is for models who normally wear women’s denim size 28.

We are also seeking smaller sample-size models, generally women’s denim sizes 24–27. Applicants do not need to be exactly size 28 to apply. Our goal is to maintain a dependable group that includes both size-28 and smaller sample-size models.

Preferred height range: approximately 5’7” to 5’10”.

Actual measurements and garment fit are more important than the size printed on a clothing label.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in garment fittings and provide clear feedback on comfort, movement, and fit.

2. Model clothing for runway presentations, rehearsals, showroom appointments, photographs, and short videos.

3. Follow basic posing, walking, styling, and garment-handling direction.

4. Arrive on time, prepared, and wearing the requested undergarments, shoes, or basic fitting clothing.

5. Handle garments carefully and maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased designs and products.

6. Communicate professionally regarding availability, scheduling, measurements, and changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Professional modeling experience is helpful but not required.

• Comfortable walking in front of an audience and appearing in photographs or short videos.

• Reliable, punctual, cooperative, and able to follow direction.

• Must be available for occasional fittings, rehearsals, shoots, and events in San Diego.

• Interest in apparel, design, media, performance, or brand development is helpful.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

This is paid, project-based work. Assignments may include short fittings, rehearsals, photography sessions, promotional videos, and runway events.

The rate, expected hours, usage of photographs or video, and other booking details will be agreed upon before each assignment.

HOW TO APPLY

4. Current clothing and denim size.

5. Bust, waist, high-hip, full-hip, and inseam measurements.

6. Shoe size.

7. Two recent, unfiltered full-body photographs—one from the front and one from the side. Professional photographs are not required.

8. A recent head-and-shoulders photograph.

9. A short description of any runway, modeling, acting, dance, promotional, retail, or public-facing experience.

10. Your general availability for fittings, rehearsals, shoots, and weekend events.

11. A 30-to-60-second introduction video, when available, stating your name, height, clothing size, and why you are interested.

Please do not send nude, lingerie, or sexually suggestive photographs. Simple fitted clothing that clearly shows general proportions is sufficient.
